SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Australian Orders
- Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received, within 5 business days.
- When ready, your order will be sent via regular Australia Post and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Australia Post delivery times range from 2 - 8 days depending on location.
- Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 or FREE if your order is over $100 (Australia wide).

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Parcels
In the unfortunate event that your items are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, or any delay that occurs during Australia Post shipping, we cannot be held responsible, but we are available to help if needed! When you place an order with us, you are accepting that it will be subject to the terms and conditions set by Australia Post and therefore all complaints should be forwarded directly to Australia Post. We provide a tracking number and link for every order so that you can monitor your parcel's status. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please be sure to include your full name, shipping address, email, order number, and photo of parcel if applicable.
Incorrect Address
Empurress cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any resulting delays, redelivery charges, damages or losses. If there are any issues with your order or address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can hopefully sort this out quickly for you.

International Orders
Currently, we only send orders to addresses within Australia.

RETURNS
We truly hope you are delighted with your order, but in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at empurress@gmail.com so we can help work out a solution. Please note that as most of our products are for personal care, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used products and we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or have chosen incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
At Empurress we take great care in thoroughly checking all products at the time of dispatch but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect item(s) please take a photo of your parcel and contact us as soon as possible at empurress@gmail.com. For health and safety reasons, any returned items MUST be in their original, sealed/unopened and labelled packaging.
